- 죄송하다 es más formal que 미안하다. Al disculparnos es mejor usar las expresiones formales o formal estándar.
- Entre 죄송해요 y 미안해요 recomiendo la segunda, si necesitas ser más formal y por ello vas a usar 죄송해요 entonces recomendaría usar directamente 죄송합니다 porque en 죄송해요 estás usando una palabra honorífica bajando el nivel de formalidad, con menos respeto.

Originally 죄송합니다 is formal, so you can't say "죄송해". There are such words that are formal from the beginning, such as 드시다(=먹다), 하시다(=하다), etc.

so those kinds of words can't be informal.
This kind of level is very difficult for foreign people. I recommend you to study this at the end of your Korean study ^^;
I know Japanese, but its most difficult part is like Korean's level... and I didn't finish that part successfully ^^;
Plus, 잘못하다 is the base form and transformed like 잘못했습니다. 잘못했어요, 잘못했어.

well, I know there are words which are more formals that you must used with people elder than you, strangers, etc. But I didn't konw that you can´t use this words in coloquial, informal language!

And I Know about 잘못하다, is a 하다 verb... but the table is a basic guide, so... is for this reason I conjugated the verb.
